We are aware of an issue on our network that is currently affecting a small number of customers. We are currently looking into this and hope to have a resolution by early afternoon. If you have a loss of service please do not reset any part of your equipment as this will cause a loss of configuration settings which will require an engineer visit which could take several days.
We apologize for the inconvenience.In the first instance power off all of your equipment and leave it for 60 seconds then power it all back on again.
If you have reset your equipment please email us at info@monsternethighland.com and we can arrange for an engineer to call as soon as we can arrange it. Please note that this will be charged to your account and it may be several days before we can get to you.
