There are currently no known faults on our network
If you find yourself without service please do not reset any part of your equipment as this will cause a loss of the configuration settings and this will require an engineer to visit to reconfigure it. This will be chargeable and it could take several days before we can get to you. In the first instance power off all of your equipment and leave it for 60 seconds then power it all back on again.
If you have reset your equipment please email us at info@monsternethighland.com and we can arrange for an engineer to call as soon as we can arrange it. Please note that this will be charged to your account and it may be several days before we can get to you.
Unfortunately we cannot account for the weather or subsequent outages but when they occur we will always do our utmost to resolve them as quickly as we possibly can provided that it is safe for our team to do so.
